BMW i3 parade in Berlin

The occasion was the 2016 FIA Formula E Championship race in Berlin on Saturday 21 May. The BMWi3 vehicles had previously driven through the city from 18 to 19 May - and proved that range is no longer a problem. According to the company, the BMW i3 (60 Ah) with pure electric drive BMW eDrive has a range of around 160 kilometres on electric power alone. The BMW i3 (94 Ah) even has a range of up to 200 kilometres.
